As founder of Elite-Minds, Kim is a true entrepreneur who continually takes risks and strives for excellence with her do what ever it takes attitude. Kim founded Elite-Minds after a comprehensive and successful business career with some major high tech, telecommunications and professional services organizations. Since 1990, Kim has specialized in media, communications search business, recruiting hundreds of senior level executives for key positions in Tier 1 organizations. Her experience encompasses a broad spectrum of industries including, manufacturing, consumer products, financial services, telecommunications, multimedia, publishing, utilities, food service and health care services in every functional area including, CFO, COO and CEO.

Kim is an active member of the HRPAO, Human Resources Professional Association of Ontario, Peel Chapter. After holding several senior management positions in Human Resources, she has contributed her services for several fortune 500 and 1000 companies including; Bell Canada, Sprint Canada, Cara Operations (Swiss Chalet, Harvey's, Montana's, Outback Steakhouse, CaraFlex Health Care, Air Terminal Restaurants, Summit Foods, Second Cup, Airline Services and the Spectra Group of Great Restaurants. Others include; Rogers Media Publishing (Chatelaine, MacLean's, Canadian Business, Flair and MoneySense), MarchFirst (formerly USWeb/CKS), Intria HP/CIBC (Hewlett Packard and CIBC), A.G. Simpson (supplier to Ford, Chrysler, General Motors and Toyota), Merisel Canada, Trillium Terminal 3 Airport, The IMO (formerly Ontario Hydro), Campbell's Company of Canada, Nestle Canada, Coors Canada and Priszm Brandz. Kim holds a master's degree in business from Athabasca University in Calgary.
