We are looking for an Executive Recruiter to join our team. You will be someone who is known for thinking strategically, inspiring trust, building organizational capability and executing with excellence. As a member of the EliteMinds team the Executive Recruiter will build and extend client relationships through delighting customers in the recruitment process in the pursuit of sourcing, screening, assessing and marketing A-List candidates to clients. The Executive Recruiter will focus on high touch relationships as well as using our EliteMinds recruiting methodology.


The Executive Recruiter will create and execute multi-channel recruitment strategies to source A-List candidates that meet and exceed client profiles. The Executive Recruiter will meet with clients to define requirements, create a profile of the ideal candidate, a target list of companies and create a detailed branded position profile to attract the A-List candidates. Meet and assess candidates and discuss priorities of the role and set expectations for a successful recruiting process. Create a short list of candidates to conduct a competency based behavioural interview, psychometric testing and create a list of benchmark top performing A-List candidates to present to the client. Create a project plan to keep the search on track. The Executive Recruiter will be responsible for the debriefing of candidates, conducting references, third party education verification and presenting the successful incumbent with the offer.


7 Years experience in an Executive Recruiter role
University degree in business administration or related field
Experience conducting competency based behavioral based interviews
Experience with executing successful sourcing methodologies
High tolerance for working in a fast paced competitive environment
Have a strong work ethic and professional image
Understanding of employment laws, practices and policies
Must be ambitious, energetic and positive
