The VP Technology will lead a team of IT professionals and help develop the company’s long term strategy for the technology operations and work with all business leaders on supporting and implementing technology to meet the overall strategic plan.
The VP Technology will oversee technology operations including network infrastructure, support and security. You will take initiative in thought leadership, innovation and creativity and represent the technology agenda, track, analyze and monitor technology performance metrics. You will evaluate and make recommendations on technology, processes and policies across the organization. Manage the IT budget and key technology vendor relationships. Maintain current knowledge of technology landscape and developments. Lead the strategy for technology platforms, partnerships and external relationships. Recruit and develop IT resources. Coach and advise all business leaders on new technology to improve business operations, new products and services and improve the customer experience.
